Can I shower, swim, and sweat with LASHY lashes?

It depends on the adhesive you use. Our LASHY cluster lash adhesive is designed to be water-resistant, so you can sweat, shower, and even swim while wearing your clusters. However, avoid excessive rubbing and oil-based products, as these can weaken the adhesive.

What are cluster and strip lashes?

Cluster lashes are small sections you apply underneath your lash line for a more seamless look that can last days.

Strip lashes are a full band you apply on top of your lash line, perfect for quick, everyday wear or whenever you want an instant lash look.

How many styles of lashes does LASHY offer?

We currently offer strip and cluster lashes.

What's the difference between the LASHY adhesive, sealant, and remover?

Our adhesive is used to apply the cluster lashes securely. The sealant helps extend wear time by locking the lashes in place. The remover gently dissolves the adhesive for safe and easy lash removal.

Do I need any tools to apply LASHY lashes?

Yes, we recommend using our Focused Lash Applicator for precision application of the cluster lashes.

If you have straight natural lashes or simply want a lifted lash look, we recommend using our Instant Curl Tool before applying cluster lashes.

How do I apply LASHY lashes?

Start with clean, dry natural lashes. Apply a small amount of LASHY Adhesive Lock to your natural lashes using the Focused Lash Applicator. Place the cluster lash as close to your natural lash line as possible. Repeat this process until you achieve your desired look. For added hold, finish with the sealant LASHY Bind.

Please refer to our "How To" page for more detailed demonstration.

How long does it take to apply the cluster lashes?

Once you get the hang of it, applying the lashes typically takes about 10 minutes. Our cluster lashes are designed for easy, quick application, even for beginners.

How do I make sure the lashes stay on longer?

To maximize wear time, make sure your natural lashes are clean and oil-free before application by using our Purify Lash Cleanser. After the cluster lash application, use our sealant LASHY Bind which helps lock the lashes in place, ensuring they last 7+ days with proper care.

How do I maintain and clean my lashes?

To keep your lashes looking fresh, gently apply a small amount of the PURIFY Lash Cleanser to a clean soft brush or spoolie. Lightly cleanse your lashes in a downward motion, avoiding any tugging. Rinse with water and let your lashes air dry. Regular cleaning will help maintain their shape and extend their lifespan.

How do I remove the cluster lashes?

Apply a small amount of the remover LASHY Extract along the lash line and let it sit for a few seconds. Gently slide the clusters off using the Focused Lash Applicator or your fingers. Never pull or tug on the lashes. Clean off any remaining adhesive with a cotton swab.
