Lost or Stolen Packages:
LASHY is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
Incorrect Addresses:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
Shipping Damage:
If a package is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. LASHY is not responsible for shipping damage.
